Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for 

the refund to post to your original form of payment.

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

·       Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

·       It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.

·       Proof of purchase is required.

Additional non-returnable items:

·       Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

·       Custom or personalised items

·       Sale and clearance items

·       Some health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Partial refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:

·       Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

·       Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1.     Check your bank account again.

2.     Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3.     Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 72 hours upon delivery to contact us with clear photos. Please email us at info@duyusilver.com.

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
For items over AUD $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
