Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (pre-order/back-order items excluded).

 

Shipping Rates & Times

·       Australia:

o   Standard (2–6 business days) – $9.99 AUD / Free for orders $99+ AUD

o   Express (1–3 business days) – $13.99 AUD

·       International:
Rates calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days depending on destination.

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, or customs clearance.

 

Pre-order / Back-order Items
If your order contains pre-order or back-order items, available items will be shipped first, and the rest will be sent once back in stock.

 

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (and/or SMS if provided) containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.

 

Address Accuracy
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We will do our best to update incorrect addresses if you contact us immediately, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.

 

Returns
By placing an order with our store, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed instructions.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages
Our store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact the carrier directly. Our customer support team will assist you with filing a claim where possible.
